Investment Plan

VSAC, in partnership with TIAA-CREF Tuition Financing, Inc., offers the Vermont Higher Education Investment Plan, which provides tax incentives for families to save for education beyond high school. The plan accepts low minimum contributions ($25 by check, money order, or automatic payment or $15 per pay period by payroll deduction) and offers three investment choices. The Managed Allocation Option invests in stock, bond, and money market mutual funds; the Interest Income Option invests in an interest-bearing note to VSAC; and the 100% Equity Option invests in a blend of stock funds.
