Curriculum |
Each of our seven undergraduate colleges
and schools establish separate curriculum guidelines and
graduation requirements. In nearly all of our programs,
the curriculum is designed to encourage free and open exploration.
During the first two years, general and distribution requirements
offer you the chance to experiment in several disciplines
and discover ideas and knowledge you’ve never before
encountered. Because we encourage studying across colleges
and schools at UVM, you can take advantage of a vast array
of academic disciplines, some far from your intended field
of study. This breadth of study develops a wide range of
skills and gives you the opportunity to expand your career
horizons.
