Academic Program

To qualify for the baccalaureate degree, students must have a final quality point average of 2.0. Individual department requirements are outlined in the university catalog. Members of The Corps of Cadets are required to take eight semesters of Army, Air Force, Naval or Naval (Marine Corps Option) ROTC. Prior to the junior year, a cadet may elect to contract with their ROTC program of study for consideration for a commission upon graduation. A cadet not wishing to contract for a commission HAS NO MILITARY OBLIGATION upon completion of the required ROTC program.
