  • Fifteen-month (completion) program
  • Curriculum is built around project-based learning
  • Designed to further develop management and entrepreneurial skills for top-of-the-house careers
  • Education focuses on essential services of hospitality industry including:
    • Strategic Planning in the Hospitality Industry
    • Wine Business
    • Market Research
    • Critical Issues in Management
  • Program includes creation of a complete business plan:
    • consulting project with a food-related corporation
    • six-month residency and nine-month low residency/internship term

Culinary Arts (includes the following)

  • 3 six-month residencies
  • Up to 3 paid internships in some of America's top restaurants developing your skills and industry contacts.
  • 9 Month non-resident term
  • Multiple enrollments throughout the year
