- Artisan and decorative breads
- Curriculum designed to prepare students
for specialization in baking and pastry professions
Associate’s
Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management
- Fifteen month program
- Residency
followed by one six-month, paid professional management internship
- Built around hands-on learning in food service and hospitality operations on campus
- Provides training
in skills critical to success in all types of hospitality operations:
- Hospitality Math
- Hospitality and Events Management
- Management in the Service Industry
- Program prepares students for a career
in the front-of-the-house as a manager in a restaurant,
hotel, resort, or other food service operation
