Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts

  • Two-year program with two six-month residencies
  • Two 700 hour, paid internships
  • Instruction in restaurants, bakery, catering operation and cafeteria setting
  • Prepares students for key positions in commercial kitchens:
    - A la carte cook
    - Banquet cook
    - Rounds cook
    - Assistant garde manger chef
    - Sous chef

Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts

  • Two-year program with two six-month residencies
  • Two 700 hour, paid internships
  • Instruction delivered in production bakery and kitchens
  • Focus on many specialized areas including:
    - Classic and modern cakes and tarts
    - French pastries
    - Chocolates and sugar work
    - Artisan and decorative breads
  • Curriculum designed to prepare students for specialization in baking and pastry professions

Associate’s Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management

  • Fifteen month program
  • Residency followed by one six-month, paid professional management internship
  • Built around hands-on learning in food service and hospitality operations on campus
  • Provides training in skills critical to success in all types of hospitality operations:
    - Hospitality Math
    - Hospitality and Events Management
    - Management in the Service Industry
  • Program prepares students for a career in the front-of-the-house as a manager in a restaurant, hotel, resort, or other food service operation
