New England Culinary Institute is unique
among culinary schools, both in the personal attention every
student receives and the way instruction is provided. We
have the lowest student-to-faculty ratio of any culinary-based
school in the country. Students learn by doing, working
in actual restaurants, a cafeteria, a bakery, banquet/catering,
and foodservice facilities. Paid internships in restaurants
outside the school provide additional on-the-job training
under real working conditions. For more than 25 years, NECI's intensive training has prepared
graduates for success in the culinary and foodservice industries
like no other program.
