Transfer Students

CVC member institutions welcome transfer students to our campuses.
Planning to transfer to a CVC institution from from in-state or out-of-state? Terrific!

Check the application guidelines for each CVC institution to see if you are considered a transfer or first-year student. Generally speaking, you should apply as a transfer student if you currently are or
have been enrolled as an associate's degree or bachelor's degree candidate (part time or full time) in another college or university.

You may or may not be eligible for transfer admission if you are or have been enrolled in a certificate program.

Generally, you should apply as a first-year freshman applicant if you have simply taken college or university courses as a non-degree student or if you are taking college or university courses during high school.
