For first year college students, finding and applying to the college of your dreams can be an intimidating enterprise. Here are a few links to help you complete your best college application.

Most colleges still require standardized college entrance exams. Use these links for study guides and more information about the two most popular tests.

Information about the ACTs: www.act.org

One of the most important pieces to your application is your personal statement or college essay. Here are a couple links to help you with your writing sample.

As almost half the colleges in Vermont are using the Common Application, check it out here: www.commonapp.org

While you are working on your application, it’s a good time to be thinking about financing your college education. Here are several links with advice on completing your FAFSA and searching for scholarships.
